Pure Copper Motor
The dough maker is made of pure copper motor and full metal gear, and its usage rate reaches up to 90%, with lower-level noise, more consistent and stable output, and longer service life. 1000W is enough for making dough.
Kneading Function
The dough maker only needs 8 mins to knead into a smooth dough and 15 mins to knead into Glove Film. Kneading time is adjustable at 4 variable settings (5mins, 10mins,15mins).Ferment timer is adjustable at 4 variable settings (30mins, 60mins,90mins，120mins) .
Thermostatic Ferment
Leaven dough can be rested on 25-38℃ and fermented on thermostatic 40℃. Time is adjustable from 30mins up to 90mins.

Detail Design
